Ethy-Gen® II Ripening
Concentrate
NEW EASY-POUR
QUART BOTTLE FOR ETHY-GEN® II
Ethy-Gen®II is specially
formulated by Catalytic Generators, LLC
for efficient and clean conversion to
ethylene.
It has passed the regulatory
requirements of many government agencies,
including the
US EPA and the
UK Chemicals Regulation Directorate
(CRD) , and is approved for use
on many fruits, vegetables and tobacco.
Ethy-Gen® II is considered by
these agencies to be a plant protection
product. For such products, the European
Community (EU) is requiring new approval
of active substances and registration of
products containing them. As a part of
this registration effort, in 2008,
Catalytic Generators successfully
obtained the required UK PSD (now CRD)
registration of Ethy-Gen® II
Concentrate.
Ethy-Gen® II consists of an
all-natural, grain based, GMO-free
active ingredient and is permitted
for use on some organic fruits,
including bananas.
